Job description

We are looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist with real passion and heart for creating value. In this role, you will be responsible for a track record of successfully implementing unique mechanisms to support the growth & optimization of ads model for our clients. You should apply if you have a strong initiative, you are insanely data-driven an analytical, have more than 2 years of experience in PPC.

If chosen, you will be responsible for

  • Development and supervising of PPC Strategy for Funktional & our clients
  • Google Ads Campaign set-up, management and optimization (mostly Search, PLA, GDN)
  • Facebook Ads Campaign set-up, management, and optimization (mostly DPA, conversion-oriented campaigns)
  • Marketing campaign analysis, interpretation, and recommendations
  • Reporting directly to CMO, quarterly discussion on campaigns scaling and development

Remote work

Due to the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, we've switched fully to remote work. The current global crisis doesn't influence the pace or schedule of the recruitment & onboarding processes, though they will be done using digital tools and most probably the work itself will start as a remote position. We do hope that the situation will soon change for the better, so at some point there will be a possibility to join the team in our office. However, we will consider long-term remote arrangements. 

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC Campaigns (Google & Facebook Ads)
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce (preferably on an international scale/marketplace)
  • High level of experience with Search, PLA, and GDN (Google Ads) and DPA (FB Ads)
  • Perfect knowledge of Google Analytics (including Attribution models, in-depth campaign analysis and interpretation)
  • Google Spreadsheet and Google Ads Editor knowledge and experience is a must
  • Google studio, SEMrush, Hotjar, Optimizely, and other industry-specific tools experience is a big plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Great command of written and spoken Polish 
  • Highly developed empathy, a desire to help and do good and a pro-active approach towards challenges
  • Ability to support several accounts simultaneously 
  • Being able to work well in a team while achieving your individual goals 
  • Constant drive for continuous improvement both on personal and company level

Would be a plus

  • Google Ads Certification (shopping ads)
  • Experience with Google Shopping Ads, Google Search & Display & Facebook + Instagram ads
  • Experience with Sales Funnel concept and it's practical implementation for e-Commerce
  • Experience with bid management tools for Google Ads
  • Perfect knowledge of Google Tag Manager (including set up of tracking for new landing pages, usage of dynamic attributes and variables, basic usage of JavaScript)
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center for multiple languages/geographic (Feed issues resolving, cooperation with developers on solving those, etc.)

  • Preferable form of employment is a B2B contract but other forms are also possible
