From strategy workshops, through a broad range of print and digital design services to full brand & digital product development processes + growth. The revised 2020 strategy took us deeper into the eCommerce field and D2C brands and this is the direction we will continue, however, our main verticals are FMCG, B2B (production, industry 4.0), technology, beauty & health. It is also worth mentioning that we are a part of the United Nations Global Compact initiative and we do our best to work with conscious brands that feel the responsibility they hold over the natural environment and shaping the society.
2020 brought Funktional a 100% Y/Y growth. We aim to repeat this success and scale the company in 2021 by another 100%. In order to achieve this goal, we need to strengthen the marketing team. That's why we are looking for an ambitious and skilled B2B Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of all marketing & growth operations for Funktional. You should have a solid background in B2B marketing, working across the full funnel and preferably previous experience in Account Based Marketing.
Initially, you will have one main client to handle (Funktional), a lot of freedom, and complete responsibility for the full funnel.
A successful candidate will help us to develop the strategy and be able to implement it with full support from other teams. You should be able to take over all topics related to our brand image, including web presence, media relations, content production (social media, blog, newsletter, podcast/clubhouse chats, video, etc.) but most importantly develop and grow the funnel.
In the coming months, we are launching a brand redesign process, including communication update across all channels and a website redesign process that you will potentially spearhead.
