Sales Development Representative

Job description

We are looking for an ambitious and skilled Sales Development Representative, who will strengthen the sales team. You will be responsible for the first contact with potential Clients with a goal to share Funktional's vision of partnership, our competencies but most importantly to learn and understand Client's problems. 

Most of all, you should love what you do — be ready to bring your enthusiasm to every call, email and meeting. 

If chosen, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating lists of ideal clients for Funktional's branding, digital and marketing services
  • Finding and identifying new leads with social media monitoring and marketing tools 
  • Reaching out to prospects via email, social media and other tools (ex. Woodpecker)
  • Qualifying prospects 
  • Scheduling meetings for senior sales colleagues 
  • Verification of sales results with Pipedrive CRM 
  • contributing to Funktional’s business development strategy


  • 1+ years of experience in selling digital services or products
  • Working knowledge of outbound marketing (in creative or IT industry)
  • 1+ year of practice in using online marketing to fire up leads' interest 
  • Very good work organization, time management and planning skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills 
  • Great command of written and spoken English (C1) 
  • Great command of written and spoken Polish (C1/native) 
  • Analytical skills

Nice to haves

  • Experience with international clients
  • Passion for advertising, design and new technologies
  • Knowledge of more than one foreign language

Details of employment

  • Preferable form of employment is a B2B contract but other forms are also possible
